Trip to Hendricks County, Indiana
Wednesday, August 13
The day will begin with a visit to Avon Gardens where we’ll have a private tour of the tranquil paths, enjoy the flowers and shop in the garden center. Next we will enjoy lunch at Oasis Diner, one of the only historical diners remaining on US 40. We will round out the day with a guided tour of Hendricks County Historical Museum and imagine life as an inmate of the Old County Jail.
